A series of easy exercises that are repeated five times: The "muscle pump" gets your blood circulation going and promotes the backflow of blood into the veins. With the muscle pusher you train with the muscle pusher, arms, hands and fingers with your fist. Shoulder and head turning, shoulder circles - various parts of the body are addressed and keep moving.
