Introduction and general instructions for studio use
To get the cardiovascular system going and warm up the muscles at the beginning of the workout, we recommend the following cardio equipment. These are just as suitable for endurance training as for cool-down after the training session.
For the targeted strengthening of individual muscles or muscle groups, strength machines are one of the basics in fitness training, along with training with your own body weight.
