Mindfulness Challenge (German)

CampusVital, in cooperation with the Adlershof Health Network, is inviting you to take part in a “MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE” from December 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026. Develop your personal level of mindfulness.


The Mindfulness Challenge aims to integrate mindfulness as conscious, non-judgmental awareness into everyday working life. The challenge is designed to encourage participants to discover, learn about, and implement small exercises or tasks each week in order to gradually experience greater focus, calm, and serenity, or to develop inner balance in a professional context.

When can I join? – Unfortunately, I don't always have time.

You decide when you want to start between December 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026. This means that vacations or periods of absence would not prevent you from doing something for yourself. It is not necessary to complete all exercises/tasks. The main focus is on participation.

No exercises/tasks can be found for the period from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

How can I participate? – Mindfulness is important to me

Please register for this campaign here and within two days you will receive a link to the “Challenge Page,” some tips, and your individual code to anonymously build up your personal “mindfulness level.”

The link to the “Challenge Page” plus information will be sent to you starting on November 28.

What do I have to do? – The time commitment should not be too high on a weekly basis.

Several times a week, you can discover guided exercises or tips (except from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026) that can be easily incorporated into your daily work routine when repeated on your own. These may appear on different working days.

The respective “task” (maximum 10 minutes, usually shorter) can only be accessed for 3 days, after which it is replaced by another or a new one. You collect points for viewing or editing and additionally for applying what you have learned in your everyday work.

How can I track my personal development of my “mindfulness level”? – I would like to keep at it.

By simply and consciously collecting level points, your personal progress bar will develop, which will be displayed and updated anonymously on a weekly basis.
