REGULATION OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM (German)
2025-10-14 | CampusVital invited participants to attend a workshop entitled “Regulation of the Nervous System” on Tuesday, October 14, from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Who doesn't sometimes feel stressed, overexcited, or “under pressure”? Our nervous system is the key to inner balance and resilience—but it often gets stuck in patterns of stress. Overwork, stress, or prolonged tension often cause the autonomic nervous system to remain in a state of dysregulation. This can manifest itself in restlessness, exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, or reduced well-being.
In this workshop, we provided insights into how the nervous system works and learned how to actively contribute to its regulation.
Workshop content:
- Teaching grounding techniques for grounding and stabilization before, during, or after stressful situations
- Targeted exercises to activate the vagus nerve and strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system for greater relaxation during breaks or after work
- Simple bodywork to support self-regulation and well-being
- Handout with exercises for everyday use
