CampusVital invites you to an online presentation titled "Learning to Unwind: Mental Recovery Between Work and Leisure" on Thursday, July 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.


Constant availability, high work demands, and the blurring of the lines between work and personal life make it difficult for many employees to consciously disconnect. Yet rest is not a luxury, but an essential prerequisite for health, productivity, and well-being.

In this presentation, participants will learn why mental recovery is so important and what factors make it difficult to unwind after work, on the weekend, or before a vacation. In addition to scientific insights, practical strategies will be presented to help participants mentally distance themselves from work, consciously plan periods of rest, and return to their daily work routine with renewed energy. The goal is to develop personalized approaches to achieving a healthy balance between tension and relaxation.
