SLEEP WELL – Your path to better sleep quality (German)

2025-11-13 | CampusVital, in collaboration with the Adlershof Health Network, invited you to attend a digital seminar entitled “Sleep well – Your path to better sleep quality” on Thursday, November 13, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.


Sleep is an important part of our lives. This interactive seminar coverd the fundamentals of sleep. Getting enough sleep strengthens the immune system, improves performance, and promotes the regeneration of the body and brain. You have learned which factors influence sleep health and how to optimize sleep by creating health-promoting conditions. This will help you avoid sleep disorders and get through the day feeling more alert and productive.
