ACTIVE BREAK (online): Shoulder-neck area (German)

2025-10-08 | CampusVital hosted the online workshop "ACTIVE BREAK – focus: shoulder-neck area“ (in German) on Wednesday, October 8 from 11:30 – 12:15 p.m.


If you suffer from tension and signs of fatigue in the shoulder and neck area, which can be caused by prolonged sitting, monotonous activities or stress, the active break helps you to be more relaxed and flexible. The exercises promote blood circulation in the shoulder and neck muscles and improve physical and mental performance. Regular active breaks make a significant contribution to being able to concentrate on the important things at work.
