Starting November 7, CampusVital will offer a 30-minute active break in front of the screen every Monday. This can be done both at home and at work.

Treat yourself to a break from the daily work routine, which allows your body and mind to recover. The focus is on health-oriented mobilization, movement and relaxation - especially through back exercises. Regular exercise can reduce and prevent health problems caused by monotonous sitting and moving.
